02.What’s your cancellation policy?

The non refundable $30 booking fee goes towards your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, you must inform us 48 hours in advance or we will not be able to refund your booking fee. The rescheduling is less than 48 hours, and you will be charged $15.

03.Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Send us an email at nomsternailz@gmail.com or DM on Instagram @nomsternailz. Please, check the service menu before sending us an email or DM.

04. How do you take the payments?

We prepare to take the payments through Venmo, Cashapp and PayPal. Also, we do take credit and debit cards with extra 3% charge on each transaction. If you are making a payment for the service, tips or non refundable fee, please put a random emoji or your full name in the payment description. Those apps are not small business friendly and if you put anything about nails, services or appointments, our business can be at a high risk.

05.How often do I have to get my nails done with gel polish?

It depends on the growth of your nails. We recommend getting manicures done 2-3 weeks and 4-8 weeks for pedicure. 

06.Does the gel polish damage the natural nails?

No, the wrong technique of removing the polish can damage the nail bed. From long experience, we figured out a technique where we don’t damage the natural nails.

07.Will the price differ if I get a regular polish instead of the gel polish?

No. We don’t carry the regular nail polish. The process of painting the nails with both polishes are not different and the same amount of time is spent.

08.Are your services available for bigger events, markets or expos?

09.Do you offer mentorship programs or classes for what you do?

Yes, we have a mentorship program for running mobile esthetic services and spa/salon branding. We also offer branding and marketing packages for other licensed estheticians. Send us an email with your question and are happy to assist you.
